2 year-old male Weimaraner. He is referred with a history of recurrent hypersalivation, anorexia and weight loss, with a favourable response to treatment (antibiotics and glucocorticoids). The symptoms always recur after cessation of treatment. Possible oropharyngeal foreign body.
